and after talking to him I had to drop everything and head to the club…reason? Steve said he had his best day ever there. That was enough for me.
Following his lead I grabbed my centerpin and started out after the palominos above the pavilion where I hooked a bow on my first cast. Hooked a goldy on my 2nd (but lost him). Usually a fish on the first cast means I am doomed. But not so on this day.
I actually counted fish, something I rarely do and wound up with 37 fish.
The hole above the curve….around 10, Al’s rock, around 10, the hole above the lower quad, around the same, and the curve, pavilion hole, walking bridge providing the rest.
Highlight was a 20″ brookie at the walking bridge.
