Chautauqua Creek

was  my goal, my license finally kicked in.  Got there at 5:30,  but had to wait almost forty five minutes to fish due to cloud cover.  When the sun came up I got a run on my first and second casts, which I promptly lost.  Day light arrived and it was a circus, catching  fish one after another all in the same small hole.  I took the fish out of the hole, downstream, to land them as not to scare the remaining fish there.  I quit around nine thirty.  The water is very low and clear, but the reason I came home was to stock the club tomorrow.
