did not disappoint. Fished Tues and the water was a little high and cloudy, but the fish cooperated and I got a half dozen or so. Wed, the PA guys showed up and choked off the hole I wanted to fish (this is twice now), and they put on a clinic with prince nymphs. I fished a pocket below them and picked up a few including my first NY brown.
Chautauqua Creek was blown out on Thurs, so I went to 16 mile in Erie and did ok. Landed 3 including My first PA brown trout from the tribs.
The creek in NY was high, but fishable today (Sat) and I really lit em up, taking 6 before 9 AM, including 2 NY browns. It was a great week fishing, weather wise, and even did some trolling for muskey with a new fishin buddy, Steve on his fabulous boat.
Wish I could say it is good to be home, but I do miss the club (still my fav) and mostly my fishing buddies who I gotta get to the cabin.
