Saturday

monsterbrngot to the club with Dan at daybreak, and with the cold temps, things started slowly.

As the day warmed up, so did the fishing.  At the lower quad bridge (above it) I got into a pod of fish, some new, some old and caught at least a dozen fish on a bugger without moving my feet, including a really nice tagged tiger.  There was a little boy there and I hooked a nice bow and handed the rod over to him, and after a 5 min battle he landed the fish.  Something really cool about that.

We then went to the pavilion and had a few cold ones, ate some great cheese, bread, and the like and the generosity of the members never ceases to amaze me.  Steaks on the grille was a feature treat.

Check out the big brown we stocked on Friday.

Great fishing, food, memories, and friendship is what the Yellow Creek Trout Club is all about.
