After Steve Put in

the limestone and some new fish, we braved the extreme cold weather and fished for a few hours.
We started out a little slow, but when we got to the hole above the curve, we pulled out 3 fish, one clearly over 20 and 2 close to that. Wooly buggers were Steve’s choice, mine came on big egg flies.
Below the new dam and at the boulder hole we managed a few small ones, and after a quick break, we hit the step dam. Clinic is the word to describe the action there. One after another fell to our bugger imitations and we finished out the day there nailing fish after fish after fish.
The weather wasn’t so cold after that…another great day at the club for sure. Picking one pic was tough. A good problem to have for sure.
