Nephew Sean at the grate with a nice bow. We all caught them there. The grate has a ton of fish But, it is so low. Man, we really need some rain. The temp might hit 87 this week. In addition to rain we really need cooler days as well. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Back to Yellow
A couple of employees were at the club with us today. Having just caught this bow one of them held him while I snapped this pic.
The water is really low, but finally on the cool side. As a result, Steve will be stocking on Friday. I will be fishing on Saturday.
A great day with Dan and Sean on the stream. Al was at the Youghy and couldn’t go with me, but he will be raring to go this week upcoming. The club fishing is back!
Went to the club today and I could not believe how cool the water was. The bottom discharge could save a lot of fish for us. Did manage to catch a couple of fish and saw one other one caught. Come on cool nights, rain, and bottom discharge. Saw a lot of fish at the lower quad bridge and at the pavillion.
Never
Low
the lowest I have ever seen. Saw some huge fish, and I mean huge. The creek level is exceptionally down, but the fish appear to be hanging on. We really need rain and some cool nights if these fish are to survive. The beavers have put a lot of branches in the creek. I know snags will be prevalent in a couple of spots if high water doesn’t move some of them out, especially below the upper quad bridge. Glad I went though, even if just to look around and dream of the upcoming fall season.
