carp in around 5 hrs of fishing. The good news is:
I did get some decent underwater footage of a carp fighting
Saw a lot of healthy fish (trout) in the stream.
Dropped off 3 signs for Steve to place on the stream marking some of the holes.
Stocking in 2 weeks!

I think I got around 15-20 again today. The bite started slow, but with a threat of rain, the carp lined up and for 2 hours it was one after another. When I told myself one more and I will go, that one more was 6 more. I could not leave while they were hammering everything in sight. My first fish at the pavilion was the best, but this final video was the best, even though the fish wasn’t the biggest of the day. was tremendous today. Fished between 9 and 4 and I hooked and landed a lot of fish today. One carp was by far the largest I have ever caught. The creek was perfect for carpin’ today. I did see a lot of healthy trout, which is a good thing, especially this late in the summer. Won’t be long before the trout stocking begins. But for now, I love the carp fishing and hope to get back asap.

at the club today as I managed to land only 2 fish. Did hook a few though, but either broke the line, spit the hook, etc. The last fish took off on me and back lashed my pin. As I tried to untangle the birds nest, he took off again and I broke my line off at the reel. I left 30 feet of line in that fish. I tried in vain to find the fish, the line, etc to no avail. That fluorocarbon truly is impossible to see. I hope he gets free from that fly/line.
If any one finds him, frees him, etc. please let me know. Man, I feel awful!
