The curve came thru big time for me and I caught around 6 fish in there, including a biggie.  I was fortunate enough to get some nice pics and even a video of the fight, which I hope to upload.  The weather and the creek were perfect today.  I gave Steve his birthday present.  Look for it at the top of the hill.  Tight lines.

Since I last posted?  I have been doing a lot of fishing with my center pin, and I am getting more and more used to it for sure.  However, I haven’t posted cause every time I hook a good fish, I either lose it, drop it, like I did yesterday, or whatever.  No good photos.

The creek at the club is fishing well, but the height and flow have yo yoed a lot due to the weather (rain) and the fish just can’t make up their minds about things.  The 10% rule applies, because certain guys are doing quite well.  I have been averaging about eight fish per trip, but it is more equipment related (the centerpin) than anything.

I’ll dig up some pics of a few small trout later today.  I only took the pics because they are center pin fish.

got a late start, but look at my first fish from the hole above the curve. I lost this bow last week, but got him today. My last fish was the palamino we stocked 4 months ago. Fished a new spoon Joe came up with and did quite well with it. Will post these pic’s next time.

and went out the next day to catch some of the new fish. This was the first of 5 from the step dam. The morning started out red hot and cooled off around 10 AM. Missed a monster above the curve, and an hour later missed another in the same spot. Totaled around 15 fish and 12 of them were in the first 3 hrs of the day.

the club tomorrow and fishing this Friday/Sat. Will post pic’s from the stocking and hoping to sign up the new member this weekend as well. Have not posted due to high water and a lack of fishing on my part
