for them today for sure. Managed 10 fish and the last one was the best. Sean got this fish at the lower quad bridge, but the pic does not do it justice. It is bigger than it looks.

Brrrr cold
11 degrees when we got there and the cold met us with some uncooperative fish (for an hour or so). As the day grew longer, the fishing did improve.
Dan and I started at the lower quad and managed a few,to the boulder hole, and a few more. On the way upstream, the fishing picked up and when we got to the first dam downstream I finally hooked the big fish we put in 2 weeks ago.
We went up top and managed a few above and then we made the long way back to the pavillion to look for the golden trout. Not being in sight we called it a day.
Dan did a great job with the net today, and the sandwiches Al had were fantastic.
Dan, Al, And Sean
all showed up to the club today. The morning was really good fishing, kinda slacked in the afternoon, and really picked up again in the evening. Spent most of the day with great nephew Sean. His brief lay off (high school football) did not hurt his fishing skills one bit. He slammed em pretty good in the hole above the curve. Dan caught a big one in the upper end and I caught this fish in the hole above the curve at first light. Having all the buddies there made this a great trip to Yellow.

Erie again
on Friday it was perfect. Good water, lots of fish, and not too crowded. Maybe caught a dozen or so. The legion hole gave up at least 50 fish on Fri and the secret hole gave up around 20.
The second day was the opposite…including low water, few fish, and crowds beyond belief. The secret hole was packed with fish both days, but low water on day 2 made the fishing impossible.
