Stocked some real beauts

and you can see one of them that Steve is holding. Can’t wait to fish for them on Sat.
The ones I am holding were caught before we stocked at 10 am. I arrived around 7 am and got in 3 hours of fishing before the truck got there. I caught more tigers than any other kind today, along with some nice bows. Tfribowfribrnfritigstevebowstevebrnhe big bow pictured was my first fish i caught today. All of these fish were caught below the lower quad bridge and below the new dam.

Stocking tomorrow

and fishing on Friday. This is a brown i got on Thanksgiving morning. The guys i went with were the only guys fishing that day. Look for some pic’s of the beauts Steve will stock.thanksbrn

Happy Thanksgiving

Went to the club with Al, Dan, and Sean. We had a great day with perfect weather, kinda low water, but plenty of cooperative fish. The lower quad bridge stretch was the ticket and I picked up one of the big browns there, a big bow there, and several others. At the end of the day I got a bow around 20, a brook around 20, and the tiger pictured in the hole above the curve.
I have so many blessings to be thankful for…
Again, Dan and Sean were really nailing them and from what Al relayed to me, he did the same.

Olcott

Went back to visit an old friend, 18 Mile in NY. Once again, the Lacinski boys stole the show putting on another steelhead clinic, this time expanding it to browns and an occasional salmon. Dan and Sean are really becoming great anglers..as well as great nephews. The laughs don’t stop coming, nor does their kindness….and neither do the fish stop coming with these guys. It was one after another for them. My highlight was losing a monster brown after a 25 minute battle with Sean running all over the place to net it coming in second to Dan and Sean with 2 fish on, a hole in the net, and all the chaos associated with the eventual landing of 2 beautiful browns to their already amazing tally of fish.

Dan, Sean, Alec and I

went to the club and got there bright and early. Low water and skittish fish greeted us.
With persistence we did land these beauts. My 2 came from the lower quad bridge stretch and Dan’s (Alec holding) came from below the new dam at the curve.
Big fish galore and great times with my nephew and 2 out of 3 of his terrific kids. Gotta get Ryan there too soon.
