Worked hard for the carp
today, but the Yellow Creek Trout Club did pull through.
The carp at the club are really a challenge. Line shy, motion shy, etc…gotta really work for them. When they do hit, man, they are a blast!
Met up with Steve and Joe for a really fun (but challenging day)
Dodged some rain and storms
but the Yellow Creek Trout Club really pulled through. Got some nice carp, but the icing on the cake was a 58 degree water temp and catching the big brown for the second time. I only wish the pics were better.
Yellow Creek Carp Club
Went to the Yellow Creek Trout (carp) Club and got my first carp of the year. Man, these guys put up a fight.
